Tourane hotel project is built at 4, Truong Sa Street, Phuoc My Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang City according to the 3-star international standard. According to the Investment Certificate No. 321041000074 issued by the People's Committee of Da Nang on January 16, 2013, and the Construction License No. 182 / GPXD issued by the Department of Construction of Danang on February 20, 2013.
Tourane hotel project has a land area of 12,053 m2; land for construction of 5,595m2 KS; construction land area of 1,243.4m2; construction density of 22.2%; land use coefficient 3.47 and includes 20 floors and 1 basement.
Lecmax is the contractor supplying and constructing fireproof doors, safety doors, technical zone doors and other related items at the project.
